In addition to having a comprehensive safety program, all of our employees are trained in 10-hour OSHA training and all our Forman are 30-hour OSHA trained. We are committed to keeping our EMR low through enhanced safety and training.
Van’s is also involved with national safety programs such as PICS & ISNetworld. Van’s currently has an “A” rating with all of their ISN “owner/clients”.
Van’s Industrial has received safety accommodations from the NWIBRT, SMACNA and TAUC. Safety continues to be of the utmost importance at Van’s Industrial with Dave Van Camp serving a leadership role with the NISMCA to define the future safety functions between contractor and union personnel.
Dave is the primary contact at Van's. He manages all initial site visits and coordinates design and estimating of all projects. Additionally, Dave handles all plant management and handles the company's administration duties. Whatever issues the customer has (no matter how insignificant), Dave is the right person to start with.
Mike is in charge of overseeing all business-related aspects. Mike oversees all contracts, purchase orders and insurance related matters. Mike also coordinates all safety related aspects of Van’s, including ISN and OSHA logs.
Greg has 20 years of industry experience. Starting out as an apprentice he now manages day-to-day operations. However, Greg’s main focus is cultivating, procurement, and management of projects for Van’s. If you’re thinking about Van’s for your next project, Greg is the right person to call.
